The 2016 Food Regulatory Road Map was developed to assist new and existing businesses in navigating the regulatory landscape in the Western Nevada Development District (WNDD). New and existing businesses engaged in food production, distribution, and sales should contact the appropriate local county or municipal regulatory authority within the jurisdiction the new or existing business will be operating within.

All information contained in the 2016 Food Regulatory Road Map is current as of August 2016.
